"Crypto Ocean" is a meta universe platform based on blockchain smart contracts launched by ETV Labs. Committed to building a credible decentralized universe network, allowing anyone to link to the blockchain network, so that people, businesses and communities can join this new world of hope, beauty and equality in a transparent manner. A Metaverse that does not follow the Rules (follow here in the sense of cohere with i.e. logically, versus act in accordance with i.e. prescriptively) is not the Metaverse, but something else.
