To accessorise,the beauty kept it simple with a pair of fingerless gloves and black sunglasses,which she has slided over her T-shirt collar.

They posed up a storm earlier this month as they were seen arm in arm at an AFI event in Los Angeles 

Jamie asked Melanie why they call each other their nickname: Miss Kiss. 

Melanie didn't seem to know why and confessed she believed her pal was 'an icon'. 

She quipped: 'Yes,we’ve known each other for 40 years. We’ve been through a lot,together and separately. 

'But I have to say,I admire you so much,Jamie. You’re an icon.'
